Monday - Friday we take orders for same day delivery until 3pm and Saturday until 1pm. If a recipient is not home and it was requested that we deliver, we will follow our customer's instructions and leave the arrangement there, unless instructed otherwise by the recipient. We photograph where we left it, usually inside by the unit number, with a door person, with a neighbor or in another safe place. We will then leave a message so that they have this information, unless there is a doorperson. Please make sure your friend or family member is in town at the time you place the order and make sure you give us the current and correct address and phone number of the recipient. Sometimes, we may need to call them before we deliver to set a range of delivery time, as we cannot leave flowers outside if we have inclement weather (too cold or too hot). And many times the driver gets to the drop-off location and the recipient does not answer the door. When this occurs, our drivers will call the recipient to let them know he/she is outside waiting, SO PLEASE PUT IN THE RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER, NOT YOUR OWN PHONE #, FOR THE RECIPIENT. IF ordering for a pick up valid IDs must be presented at time of pick up.
Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery due to high volume of orders. We request that your recipient be at the location all day to accept the flowers if there is no door person available. The temperature in Chicago during the Valentine's Day holiday is most likely under freezing so we cannot leave flowers outside. Thank you for your business!
